Who May Use Our Services

Services are available to individuals and businesses able to form legally binding contracts under Malaysian law. You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act for any third party named in your submissions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RealTopLex services. Minors must be represented by a parent or legal guardian who can lawfully enter into agreements.

You agree not to use the site for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. Using our platform to facilitate wrongdoing, misrepresent identity, or transmit harmful content is prohibited and may result in suspension and reporting to authorities.

RealTopLex provides services focused on Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from other jurisdictions remain responsible for complying with local laws and export controls.

Account Registration and Security

To access some features you may register an account. Provide truthful information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Maintain accurate and current account details. If contact information changes, update your account promptly to ensure we can communicate about engagements and legal notices.

Protect your password and do not share it. Notify RealTopLex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will take steps to secure accounts but are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials resulting from user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, assigning or otherwise transferring an account without RealTopLex consent is prohibited.

If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us immediately at RealTopLex.pro/contact so we can take containment steps and advise on next actions.

RealTopLex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or present legal risks. We will provide notice when feasible and explain the reasons for suspension.

Scope of Services

RealTopLex provides legal consulting tailored to real estate professionals and property owners in Malaysia, including contract review, transaction risk assessment, and regulatory guidance. Services do not replace formal legal representation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

We may update or discontinue features, tools, pricing and packages. Substantial changes affecting active engagements will be communicated in advance with options to adjust or terminate services where applicable.

While we strive for continuous availability, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades. We aim to minimize disruption and will notify users when possible.

User Conduct Rules

Users must follow the platform rules to maintain a safe and professional environment. The following list outlines prohibited behaviors:

• Submitting fraudulent, forged or misleading documents.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or confidential data.
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or breaches confidentiality.
• Using the service for activities that violate Malaysian law or international sanctions.
• Distributing malware, phishing links or other harmful code.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against other users or staff.
• Impersonating RealTopLex staff, legal representatives, or third parties during communications.

User Content

Content you upload, submit or share through RealTopLex remains your responsibility. You must have the right to provide such content and may not post confidential third-party materials without authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, except where you have agreed to transfer rights in a separate written engagement.

By submitting content, you grant RealTopLex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and display the content as needed to deliver and improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for any loss or liability arising from content you provide that is false, infringing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful. RealTopLex may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

If you believe content should be removed for legal reasons, contact us with details and proof. We will review removal requests and take action where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All site design, branding, software and proprietary materials of RealTopLex are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on our materials without prior written consent.

Paid Services and Fees

Certain consultations, document drafting and advanced legal support are offered for a fee. Paid services are governed by the specific engagement agreement you accept at purchase.

Pricing is listed on RealTopLex.pro and may vary by service complexity and urgency. Quotes provided are valid for the period stated and reflect the scope described at issuance.

Payments may be accepted via approved payment methods on our site. Full payment terms are specified at checkout and in the engagement agreement.

For recurring advisory subscriptions, billing cycles and cancellation terms are detailed in the subscription plan. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled according to the plan terms.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to the engagement terms and the extent of services delivered. Disputes about billing will be handled promptly and in good faith.

Clients may cancel engagements per the cancellation terms in their agreement. Cancellations may be subject to fees for work already performed or non-recoverable costs.

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or government charges related to paid services. Fees quoted may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

RealTopLex may adjust prices for services and subscriptions. Existing clients will be notified of material price changes before they take effect and offered options consistent with their agreement.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services, collection actions and denial of access until outstanding balances are settled.

Professional Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the agreement. RealTopLex may terminate access to the platform for breaches or misuse. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.

Upon termination, client access to paid features will end and any outstanding fees become due. We may retain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy posted on RealTopLex.pro. By using our services you consent to collection and use of personal data as detailed in that policy and as required to provide legal consulting services.

Communications

We will communicate important notices via email or the account contact method you provide. Routine service messages may be sent by email or within the platform. Clients must keep contact details current.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be posted on RealTopLex.pro with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Parties agree that disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution section below unless a different process is mutually agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Malaysia, subject to applicable legal requirements.
